The Cow Mountain project was a Big Success!

Many thanks to all club members for helping make the Cow Mountain project a big success.  We had great participation from our club and the Mendocino 4x4 club. We even had members from Santa Rosa 4x4’s show up to help out.    

Because of all the volunteers we had, we managed to finish the project in record time.  Jim Brown couldn’t believe we were done setting rock by 3:00 PM Saturday afternoon.    

We should all be proud of the work that was done on the hill last weekend.  It is activities like this that keep off road areas open for public use.  Hopefully this will be the first of many projects our club will be involved with on Cow Mountain.

Team work from multiple sources works ag
As an old Cow Mtn. worker, I'm so glad the obstacle course is getting more improvements. It just keeps getting better and better up there.  
I hope you big boys left a few normal obstacles that us with mid-size Jeeps can still take on.  
Someone needs to write up an article for the INGEAR as projects like this seem to be more rare nowdays.
